Guidance Documents
Guidance documents are a key component of the CNSC’s regulatory framework. These documents provide practical information and suggestions to licensees and applicants on how to meet the regulatory requirements of the CNSC.
Such guidance may include, but is not limited to, information on possible approaches to the design of nuclear facilities, the design and implementation of required management and operational programs, and forms for applying for licences or reporting information to the Commission Tribunal.
